Paul Carroll

Based in Birmingham, Paul Carroll is a self-employed musician specialising in using Soundbeam, other music technology and acoustic instruments to deliver accessible music workshops for all ages and abilities.

He has worked on several sound futures projects including Urban Symphonies, using Soundbeam. Paul has worked at Mayfield SEN school for Creative Partnerships and delivered Soundbeam training to the teaching staff. He has also worked for mac, providing technical audio and lighting support. Paul also has three years experience managing projects and training courses for Sound It Out Community Music. Paul currently offers accessible music-making workshops, performances and demonstrations of Soundbeam used with other instruments by disabled and non-disabled adults, and creative and technical training in Soundbeam I and II.
